At Advanced Pet Care of Clear Lake, our commitment to pets and their families extends beyond the walls of our practice. We’re deeply invested in the well-being of our entire community, including Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Dickinson, and Pearland. Our team regularly volunteers our time, expertise, and resources to local schools, rescue groups, and organizations, ensuring that we’re not just helping pets—but also empowering people to be responsible, compassionate pet owners.

Friendswood ISD & The Galloway School

We believe in fostering the next generation of animal lovers and responsible pet owners. That’s why we proudly sponsor and participate in annual galas for Friendswood ISD and The Galloway School, a forward-thinking college prep academy. In addition to attending these events, our team regularly organizes educational pet presentations at Galloway. These interactive sessions teach students how to interact safely and respectfully with animals, promoting responsible pet ownership. Students also have the opportunity to become a “vet for a day,” shadowing our team to learn firsthand about the world of veterinary medicine.

Great Dane Rescue of Southeast Texas

Great Dane Rescue of Southeast Texas (GDRST) is a volunteer-driven organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes Great Danes in the Houston area. At Advanced Pet Care of Clear Lake, we’re proud to support GDRST’s mission by offering discounted veterinary services, including vaccinations and medical care, to rescued dogs. Our goal is to ensure these gentle giants receive the best care possible while awaiting their forever homes. We believe that every dog deserves a second chance, and GDRST is an organization that makes this possible.

Second Chance Pets

We partner with Second Chance Pets (SCP), a foster-based nonprofit organization in League City dedicated to giving unwanted pets a new lease on life. Through their outreach and educational efforts, SCP helps spread awareness about animal welfare issues while finding foster homes and facilitating pet adoptions. At Advanced Pet Care of Clear Lake, we share SCP’s mission and regularly collaborate with them in their adoption events and initiatives, providing medical support to ensure these pets are healthy and ready for their forever homes.
